THIS CLASS IS TAUGHT IN OUR POOL WITH COACH DAVID WHO SPECIALIZES IN SWIM TECHNIQUES AND OUT OF THE WATER STRENGTH AND CARDIO WORKOUTS. YOU WILL NEED A BATHING SUIT AND GOOGLES...SWIMMING CAP OPTIONAL
THIS IS THE MAIN GROUP CLASS OFFERED, WHICH IS LED BY LEVEL 1 and 2 TRAINERS AND STRENGTH TRAINING COACHES. EVERYONE IS TAKEN THROUGH A GROUP WARM UP AND SKILL PROGRESSION FOR THAT DAYS WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD). THE WORKOUT IS ADJUSTED TO EVERYONE'S CAPABILITY AND LIMITATIONS.
