Begins when its warmer :)
This class takes place in our pool and is led by Coach David, who specializes in swim techniques as well as strength and cardio workouts performed outside the water. Participants will need a bathing suit and goggles (a swimming cap is optional).
This is our primary group class, led by experienced Level 1 and Level 2 trainers as well as certified strength training coaches. Each session begins with a group warm-up followed by a skill progression tailored to the day's Workout of the Day (WOD). The workout is carefully adjusted to accommodate individual capabilities and limitations, ensuring a safe and effective experience for all participants.
